Sonia Choi is Senior Vice President of Revenue Integrity at Acuvance Coker. She specializes in revenue cycle transformation for large academic medical centers, with deep expertise across the middle revenue cycle, including medical coding, claims review, clinical documentation integrity (CDI), chargemaster optimization, charge capture improvement, health information management (HIM) operations, denials management, and utilization management.

Ms. Choi brings more than 25 years of healthcare industry and consulting experience to her role. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Revenue Cycle Transformation and Vice President of Extended Revenue Cycle Management at athenahealth, where she led strategic initiatives to optimize revenue cycle performance and operational effectiveness. Prior to joining athenahealth, she was a Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting, leading complex revenue cycle transformation engagements for hospitals, health systems, and healthcare providers nationwide.

Throughout her career, Ms. Choi has partnered with healthcare organizations across the country to improve financial performance, strengthen regulatory compliance, and enhance operational efficiency.
