Kevin Cassell is a vice president at Coker. He is an experienced physician compensation leader specializing in the development of collaborative, system-wide strategies that align compensation with organizational goals while fostering strong physician engagement and fair market value (FMV) compliance. Kevin has extensive experience advising executive leadership and governance bodies on compensation philosophy, policy, and regulatory compliance, emphasizing fairness, alignment, and sustainability. His experience includes serving as an external consultant and internal physician compensation leader for Mayo Clinic, overseeing 5,500 physicians across multiple geographies and practice settings.

In addition, Kevin is an experienced speaker and published expert in physician compensation design, trends, and analysis. He has been published in the AAPCP Annual Journal of Provider Compensation and has presented in webinars for the AAPCP, American Telemedicine Association, and other professional organizations.
