Jeremy Mathis is a senior manager in the Performance Transformation practice with more than 15 years of experience across healthcare consulting, payer leadership, value-based care, and technology-enabled transformation. He advises hospitals, health systems, and provider organizations on value-based strategy, payer partnerships, managed care contracting, growth and service diversification strategy, AI investment and planning, revenue optimization, and performance improvement.
