Ellie Park, OTD, OTR, is a senior manager with Coker’s Performance Transformation practice. She works primarily in the acute arena but has also done work with medical group operations and value-based care improvement. Ms. Park holds a doctorate in Occupational Therapy and was a practicing clinician at several Level I trauma centers, small county hospitals, critical illness hospitals and ambulatory clinic settings prior to joining consulting. She brings over a decade of healthcare experience providing direct patient care and leading and delivering transformational change to healthcare organizations across the country.
Prior to joining Coker, Ms. Park was a Manager with Premier Inc’s Advisory Practice on their Clinical Transformation Team where she focused mostly on delivering performance improvement work for numerous hospitals, health systems and medical groups. Her work spans clinical, operational and workflow redesign and implementation, workforce and productivity, governance and change management, clinical integration, patient access, amongst several others. She focuses on aligning people, practice/department and technology to drive operational and financial improvements, while focusing on what matters most, the patients and people who serve them.
