Dima Awad, PharmD, MS, serves as a senior vice president at Coker. She leads the Clinical Enterprise and Pharmacy Advisory Services within the Performance Transformation practice. Dr. Awad brings more than 25 years of experience as a healthcare executive, with broad global expertise spanning pharmacy, clinical enterprise operations, supply chain, compliance, and workforce strategy. She partners with health system and physician enterprise leaders to advance performance and margin improvement, operational excellence, strategic planning, accreditation readiness, and enterprise risk mitigation across complex care environments.
Dr. Awad offers deep leadership experience across pharmacy and clinical enterprises, including specialty pharmacy, 340B program management, informatics and technology enablement, budgeting and P&L oversight, and clinical and investigational research. She is widely recognized for translating strategy into execution, building and scaling high-performing clinical departments through facility design, vendor evaluation and selection, equipment implementation, workflow optimization, and ongoing operational management. Her work is grounded in value-based, best-practice medicine and innovative solutions that deliver sustainable economic value for clients, providers, and patients.

- Held a leadership role at The Joint Commission within the Department of Standards and Survey Methods, supporting the development and implementation of clinically focused standards and survey methodologies used by more than 21,000 U.S. healthcare organizations and international organizations across 100+ countries.
- Led and participated in national advisory boards and guided the creation, revision, and integration of standards and survey methods related to infection control, medication management and compounding, specialty pharmacy, EHRs, information management, cybersecurity, healthcare technology, quality measures, and patient safety initiatives.
