Carolyn Howard is a vice president at Coker, bringing over 30 years of experience in leading and delivering transformational change for healthcare organizations nationwide. She specializes in supply chain margin improvement and process optimization and currently leads Coker’s Supply Chain Solutions practice. In this role, she collaborates across the firm’s Performance Transformation solutions to drive margin growth, operational excellence, and lasting organizational change.
Carolyn has partnered with some of the largest healthcare systems in the United States to deliver measurable financial results, strengthen supplier relationships, and enhance operational alignment. Her expertise spans supply chain strategy and operations, clinical variation infrastructure development, technology optimization, and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and purchasing alliance optimization.
Before joining Coker, Carolyn spent three decades providing supply chain and operational consulting with leading firms including Premier, Inc., Navigant, Deloitte, and Ernst & Young. She is widely respected for her ability to help clients achieve strategic goals while leaving both their operations and teams positioned for sustained success.
