Bill Starks leads Acuvance ROI and the organization’s healthcare enterprise resource planning practice. With more than 25 years of ERP and healthcare experience, his team helps hospitals and health systems plan, implement, optimize, and derive greater value from the enterprise platforms that support their financial, supply chain, human resources, payroll, workforce management and operational functions.

Bill brings extensive experience with ERP including Infor, Workday, and Oracle. He works with healthcare leaders to align ERP solutions with organizational priorities and AI objectives, improve business processes, strengthen application governance, and guide complex transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation and optimization.

Throughout his career, Bill has combined healthcare technology expertise with strategic leadership, project management, and operational insight. His approach emphasizes collaboration, clear communication, and strong partnerships among executive leaders, operational teams, technology professionals, software vendors, and implementation resources.
