The Content & Thought Leadership Manager at Coker will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Firm’s content and thought leadership strategy. Over our 35+ year history, we have published 80+ books, hundreds of articles, white papers, and other thought leadership content. The Content & Thought Leadership Manager will create, curate, and disseminate high-quality content showcasing the Firm's expertise. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, other marketing team members, and key stakeholders to develop compelling and insightful content across various channels.

Key Responsibilities of the Role

  • Collaborate with Coker’s marketing team to define and refine our content and thought leadership strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify key themes, topics, and industry trends to position the Firm as a thought leader.
  • Create high-quality content, which might include infographics, articles, white papers, blog posts, videos, presentation slides/deck, books, and other thought leadership pieces.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to translate technical concepts into accessible and engaging content.
  • Partner with other marketing team members to plan, execute, and optimize content marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Coordinate with other marketing functions to ensure consistency and alignment across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to create content that supports lead generation and client retention efforts.
  • Organize and coordinate podcasts, speaking engagements, webinars, and seminars to showcase the firm's thought leadership.
  • Identify relevant industry conferences and events for possible participation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging topics to ensure the Firm's content remains relevant and timely.
  • Identify and analyze content performance metrics using analytics tools to measure the impact of thought leadership efforts.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team on content effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with the Firm's brand voice, guidelines, and values.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the Firm's reputation in the industry.
