Steve Kepley

Steven Kepley has over 25 years working within diverse hospital settings.  As a Senior Consultant in the Hospital Division, Mr. Kepley offers his expertise to clients of The Coker Group in physician relations, market analysis, and staff planning strategies.

Before joining Coker, Mr. Kepley served in various healthcare service organizations in marketing leadership roles, working closely with physicians and hospitals.  He established and managed the growth and organization of divisions for two major firms, which focused on permanent physician recruiting.  These were Jackson and Coker and Medical Doctor Associates.  With both organizations, he enjoyed long and successful tenures as Vice President of Marketing.  Most recently, Mr. Kepley served as executive vice president of Medical Resource Management, a billing and software service company for hospitals and their physicians.

A graduate of Lipscomb University with a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Communications, Mr. Kepley is an engaging speaker and educator who has served in various ministry roles throughout his life.  He currently is a member of the Board of Directors for Georgia Agape.
