Kyle Chang

Kyle Chang, a Manager in The Coker Group’s Technology division, has devoted the past seven years to mastery of a wide range of software and technology in both professional and academic pursuits. He assists Coker’s clients in technology selection and implementation.

Previously, he served as the Information Technology Administrator for the Family Practice and Counseling Network in Philadelphia, PA. There he was in charge of rebuilding the technology infrastructure for health centers operated by the network, including creating secure wireless networks and a centralized authentication/file system, designing web-based employee and patient portals, and preparing the organization for EPM/EMR deployment from a technical aspect and a user training aspect.

He was also a senior-level Programmer Analyst/Senior Systems Integrator for the College of Information Sciences and Technology at Drexel University and lead project manager on all technology projects for IHI, a research arm of the college. Primarily, he worked to develop applications beneficial to the workflow of the college, such as YourOnCall, a WAP-based mobile wireless medical summary system for on-call physicians that do not have access to patient records due to being away from the office.

Kyle Chang has also performed web consulting for businesses in Philadelphia and Taiwan, including Dockstreet Brasserie, American Association for the History of Medicine, and the CPCU Society, an underwriting society comprised of over 25,000 insurance professionals.

Mr. Chang holds a B.S. in Science Intensive Biomedical Sciences from MCP Hahnemann University. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Information Sciences from Drexel University.
