John P. Reiboldt
Mr. Reiboldt manages The Coker Group's financial services division, which assists Coker's clients in a variety of transactions and strategic initiatives.  Some of the specific projects completed by Mr. Reiboldt include:  fee fairness and subsidy opinions, valuations and appraisals, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures and carve outs, start-ups, turnaround assistance and a variety of strategic planning initiatives.  Mr. Reiboldt has worked in almost every sector within the healthcare industry including hospitals (private and public, for-profit and not-for-profit), medical groups, information technology firms, medical services providers and many others of varying sizes and structures. 

 Mr. Reiboldt has authored and co-authored a number of articles and books, and is a regular contributor to industry and media publications.  He is co-author of the American Medical Association’s Assessing the Value of a Medical Practice, Second Edition, © 2004 and a contributor to Jones Bartlett's Physician Ancillary Services:  Opportunity for the Future © 2006, as well as upcoming books in conjunction with HCPro, on topics of retail medicine and hospital-physician collaboration.  In addition, Mr. Reiboldt has presented at numerous national conferences and educational forums, including the 2004 Annual Conference of the Medical Group Management Association in San Francisco, California.  

While Mr. Reiboldt's background is rooted in finance, he is equally adept in areas that include operations and special-projects management.  Complimenting his strong financial foundation, Mr. Reiboldt also completes projects such as feasibility analyses, strategic planning analyses, and day-to-day operational analyses for all of Coker's clients. 

Mr. Reiboldt holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Mississippi and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.
